How to make a complaint

For us, it is vital that our clients are satisfied with our services. If you believe that we are providing services improperly or otherwise violating the rights or legitimate interests of yours, or in case of other reasonable reasons, you have the right to file a complaint.

The most straightforward way to contact the Company and file a complaint is by emailing team@cventures.vc or logging into the client’s area on the Company’s website https://www.cventures.vc/. Please be informed that we do not accept oral complaints.

The complaints and supporting documents must be submitted in Lithuanian or English, shall be signed by you, and contain the following information:

  1. 1. your name, surname (if you are representative of a company – company’s name);
  2. 2. applicant’s code;
  3. 3. applicant’s address
  4. 4. a detailed description of the situation (circumstances, facts, etc.)
  5. 5. products or services subject to the complaint;
  6. 6. contact details (phone number, e-mail address, etc.).

Handling of complaints

We will investigate your complaint and do our best to respond to you as fast as possible, but not later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In case we have any additional questions or require further explanations and (or) other written evidence for the examination of the complaint, we will get in touch with you.

We are always aiming to reach a peaceful solution to the situation that is mutually acceptable. However, if the Company’s response does not satisfy you, you may turn to the external alternatives described below:

  1. i)         if any dispute regarding the provision of financial services arises between consumers and the Company, you may contact the Bank of Lithuania (address Totorių str. 4, LT-01121 Vilnius, website address lb.lt);
  2. ii)       if any dispute regarding the provision of services but not from financial services arises, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (address Vilniaus str. 25, LT-01402, Vilnius, website address vvtat.lt);

iii)       if any dispute regarding personal data and (or) privacy arises, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (address L. Sapiegos str. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, website address www.vdai.lrv.lt).
