Thomas joined the fund bringing a decade of combined operational and investment experience across some of Europe’s most dynamic technology ecosystems.

Before moving into venture, Thomas spent five years in operational roles at Jumia and Onefinestay, gaining firsthand perspective on scaling businesses across complex, high-growth environments. He then transitioned to venture capital, investing four years at Entrepreneurs First backing founders from day zero, followed by three years at EQT Ventures focused on deep tech and climate opportunities.

His investment interests are deliberately wide-ranging, spanning the technologies he believes will define the next industrial era — from closed-loop recycling and critical mineral extraction to chip manufacturing, energy sovereignty, and fusion energy.

Thomas is based in Paris.

Outside of work, he is an avid aviation enthusiast, and spends his time on the golf course, on two wheels, and deep in the history books.
